If you cancel
- More than 60 days before departure: full refund, minus bank transfer fees.
- 30 to 60 days before departure: the deposit is non-refundable; any balance paid is refunded.
- Less than 30 days before departure: no refund.
Please tell us in writing (email is fine). The date we receive your message is the cancellation date.
If we cancel
If we cancel a departure (for example because of weather, government restrictions or too few travellers), you can move to another date or receive a full refund.
Changes
We will try to accommodate changes to dates or travellers. Changes may be subject to availability and price differences.
