What we collect
When you book or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, and the traveller details needed for your visa and permits (including passport details and date of birth).
How we use it
- To arrange your tour, visa and permits with the Tourism Council of Bhutan and our local partners.
- To contact you about your booking.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How we protect it
Passport numbers are stored encrypted. Access to booking data is limited to our staff.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as required by Bhutanese accounting and tourism regulations, then delete them.
Analytics and live chat
We only use these if you choose Accept on our cookie notice. If you decline, neither of them loads. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; we remember it in your browser.
- Google Analytics (Google) helps us understand how travellers find and use our site: the pages you visit, your approximate location (country or city), your device and browser, and how you reached us. It uses cookies and an identifier stored on your device. Google processes this data for us and may store it outside Bhutan. We do not use it for advertising. See Google's privacy policy.
