These terms apply to every tour booked with Cacella Expeditions.
Bookings
- A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you written confirmation.
- The deposit is a percentage of the total tour price, shown when you book.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be paid in full.
Prices
- Tour prices are per person, in US dollars or, for Indian nationals, Indian rupees, and include the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF), accommodation, meals, internal transport, a licensed guide and monument entry fees, unless stated otherwise.
- International flights, travel insurance, visa fees and personal expenses are not included.
Travel documents
You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months after your travel dates. We apply for your Bhutan visa using the details you provide.

Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical care, evacuation and cancellation.
